Delivery Information

1) By Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

2) With credit cards on our site

You can take advantage of our online credit cards, online single payment or online installment facilities. On-line payments will be processed at the end of your order to keep your credit card. Due to possible order cancellation or inventory problems, your credit card will be charged within 3 business days for cancellation of order.

3) Ordered Price

In case your order is canceled due to possible reasons; HALİT KAYA TURKUAZ HAND ARTISTS will return your product fee and / or your credit card within three business days. However, you will need to provide accurate and complete bank account information and / or credit card information to our company.

4) Delivery

We try to deliver the products you ordered on the same day to cargo. The delivery time for the products taking the time of the delivery is 3 working days as mentioned in detail of the product. You will be informed in case of a delayed delivery.

Please inform the address of your place of delivery within the day so that the delivery of the product can be done without delay.

Your claims will be processed to be prepared according to the type of delivery you specified at the end of the order. Products from our Istanbul based company will be shipped with Domestic cargo company. After your order is confirmed, it will be delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo company at the end of 3 (three) working days at the latest.

5) Payment Inspection
